EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
a) Discounted items are FINAL – No refund, no exchange
b) Regular orders or Pre-orders / Made to orders may be returned within 5 days of receipt and in original packaging and unworn conditions
c) Please notify email@example.com before making a return
d) Client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges.
e) We reserve the right to refuse a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.
f) While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
